Design Ball | Event Branding
I had the opportunity to design the posters for the Visual Communication end of year graduation ball for 2018. As part of the graduating class, I really wanted to design something special for my classmates and also create something professional that would appeal to the wide range of tastes that comes with designing for 60+ designers!
To keep it simple and stylish I opted for a paired back colour scheme with minimal font changes. The design was produced as a poster and posted around the Design Building as well as used in various social media posts and invitations.
The night itself was so much fun, so I couldn’t resist sharing a few behind the scenes shots of the night too! I created a painted transparent sign for the front entrance - and thus discovered the difficulties of photographing a transparent sign!
