Southern Cross Shellfish Website

My portfolio consists of a lot of hand lettering and flowers, but there's so often so much more that I've worked on that never makes it to Instagram or my website. I've decided to showcase a little more of my design diversity and to kick it off I've got something completely different to flowers ... oysters!

Southern Cross Shellfish is an oyster hatchery situated in the Port Stephens area of New South Wales, they breed and condition baby oysters and sell these to oyster farmers. They needed a website primarily to provide an easy access point for farmers to see when stock was available, find reduced priced stock and access contact information for the hatchery. The website needed to be simple and easy to navigate and be easy for the hatchery staff to update information on as necessary. 

I used the Squarespace platform to build the website so that it could be easily updated and edited by the hatchery staff in the future. It contains minimal content so that users are not inundated or lost on the site; simplicity and cleanliness were key to this design.
